The challenging part of the project with CfL was that we had to decorate a very large and rectangular room in a both functional and aesthetic manner. The goal of the interior decoration was that the visitor should receive an entirely new experience when entering the room. We reached that goal by creating four small units in the room that were placed on their own square carpet.

The unique thing about the carpets was that they created diagonal lines across the room. These diagonal lines were incorporated in the storage units and the counter and this added the final touch to the room.

Because the room ended up giving the visitor an exceptional experience you no longer noticed the pipes or the ventilation system which until then had been a distraction to the eye. Instead the look of the room was calm and consistent

CfL is an excellent example of how important it is to find the right architect for the right project. In this case Lars Vejen was chosen because his classic expression and twisted elegance were practically made for CfL.
